We are fast approaching the annual opportunity to revise our benefits selections. Several changes are coming in 2024 for well-being programs and benefit rates. You’ll also need to prepare for updates to our Education Assistance Program process. We have details and supportive resources for you below.

Each year benefits-eligible employees can make changes to health care selections during the two-week period called open enrollment. Options selected between Oct. 23 to Nov. 3, will be effective for 2024.

The value of working for USG extends far beyond a paycheck! On Sept. 18, the System office released Total Rewards Statements for all University System of Georgia benefits-eligible employees. 

These personalized statements detail employee compensation, healthcare and voluntary insurance benefits, employer contributions, and other work-life benefits.   

The USG Shared Services Center will be prepared to answer compensation questions from employees at 877-251-2644.
