Research: If your research was affected by COVID-19, Research Central is an online portal designed to help you connect to additional resources and guidance. Also be sure to bookmark the ORE Research Facilities website and the ORE COVID-19 FAQ to get the most current guidance and policies for laboratory and field research.
General: UT has provided information about social distancing, mask requirements, cleaning and sanitizing efforts, and more!

Samantha Ehrlich, assistant professor of public health studies the sex ratio of fetuses and infants and the various factors that may influence those ratios. Research has revealed insight into how fetal sex may influence not only the mother’s health during pregnancy, but also the child’s health throughout life.

The U.S. Botanic Garden and the American Public Gardens Association have partnered to offer support to urban food-growing programs in areas affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The organizations awarded $378,000 to 28 public gardents, including the Helping Hands Kitchen Garden at the UT Gardens.

Womac is named a fellow by ASABE—A UTIA publication is awarded a 2020 Educational Aids Blue Ribbon by the ASABE—John Larese is named an 2020 ACS fellow.
