Training Webinars
View the 2020 RFP recorded technical assistance and New Construction webinars (scroll down to the Impact Fund training section). The 2021 Consolidated RFP has some changes but much of the information in the 2020 webinars is still relevant to the 2021 Consolidated RFP.
If you are planning to apply for a New Construction project through the 2021 Single Family RFP, please view the Single Family RFP Vistability and Prevailing Wage for New Construction Proposals webinar. Minnesota Housing staff provides information and guidelines about vistability and prevailing wage, including best practices for incorporating vistability. Vistability and prevailing wage apply only to new construction projects.
NOTE: Vistability and prevailing wage do not apply to affordability gap, owner-occupied rehabilitation, or acquisition, rehabilitation, resale activities. If you are applying only for these activities, it is not necessary for you to view this webinar.
Funding Partners
You can find information about our funding partners, Greater Minnesota Housing Fund and Metropolitan Council, on the Impact Fund webpage under the Impact Fund training section.
