Pickleball Lessons and Tournament Registration
For those of you trying to figure out what pickleball is or how to play, a learning session has been organized at Oak Tree Country Club on May 11 from 6 to 8pm in their indoor tennis facility. $20.00 per person - This can be billed on your Rotary Statement.

| Rotary Club of Okla. City visit to Tulsa Rotary Club - Wed. May 3, 2023In keeping with this tradition, it's Okla. City's turn to visit the Rotary Club of Tulsa! In order to plan, we need to know how many Club 29 Rotarians will go.
We've secured a charter bus, so please let us know if you plan to ride the bus, or take your car.

April 30 Memorial Marathon seeks VolunteersThe OKC Memorial marathon and marathon relay will take place Sunday, April 30, 2023. About 10 more volunteers are needed to help work Relay Exchange #2 and give directions for through and relay marathon runners, from 6 am Sunday morning until approximately 9:30 am.

World Community Service Reports
Disaster Relief

Sadly, there has been no shortage of tragic news related to extreme hardship for people in disaster areas. From ongoing refugee tragedies related to conflict in Ukraine and Syria to natural disasters of drought, flooding and earthquakes in Somalia, Pakistan and Turkey. Club 29, through the Rotary Club 29 Foundation, consistently strives to impact lives in these disaster areas
Through our Club’s partnership with ShelterBox as a Gold HERO club, we are participating in relief efforts in each of these areas, as well as many others. In addition, our Club’s has recently participated with direct contributions to Ukrainian refugee relief and to Rotary International’s program to support earthquake recovery efforts in Turkey.
