The Ohio Department of Health is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity for student loan repayment, available to Ohio dentists who volunteer with or are employed part-time by Ohio Free Clinics. To assist in budget planning, ODH is requesting dentists who may be interested in this opportunity complete the Free Clinic LRP Interest Form by Friday, February 21st. A formal application will follow.

The Charitable Healthcare Network will be holding our annual Legislative Health Fair at the Ohio Statehouse Atrium on Wednesday, February 19th from 11am-2pm. Charitable Healthcare Organizations are encouraged to set up a table at the Atrium and provide simple health screenings to Legislators and their staff while discussing the critical work you are doing in their districts and across Ohio. Make your voice heard and join us for this unique legislative advocacy event!

Looking to become more involved as a member of the Charitable Healthcare Network? The purpose of the Legislative Committee will be to review legislation, rules, and policies of interest to the Association, recommend a course of action on relevant issues, recommend proactive legislative initiatives as necessary and to develop grassroots lobbying strategies for the Association.
