Economic abuse is a form of domestic abuse that includes limiting access to cash, forcing the victim to take on debt or sabotaging the victim's job to keep them financially dependent upon their abuser. NEFE has partnered with the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) to present a webinar series that educates domestic violence advocates to better understand economic abuse and provide victims with trustworthy personal finance resources.
