Hi there,
The past week has brought many changes to Global Initiatives and Miami University. Proactive steps have been taken by the University to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, resulting in the transition to remote instruction and advising.
Global Initiatives is committed to providing Miami students, faculty, staff, and alumni with the high level of support and service you have come to expect from us. Despite Global Initiatives staff currently working away from our offices in MacMillan Hall, we are open for business and ready to support you! Remote advising appointments can be scheduled for both Education Abroad and International Student and Scholar Services. Staff can be reached by email or phone. Not sure who to contact? Reach out to global@miamioh.edu or call our main line at (513) 529-8600.

Through a partnership with ed2go, a national leader in accessible online education, Global Initiatives offers online Professional Development Programs and Career Certificate Training Programs.
Many ed2go courses qualify for Miami Job enrichment points for classified staff. If your department agrees to pay for your course, do not use your Miami p-card to make payment. Instead, please send your name, email, course title and date of enrollment, department name, and index to charge to Donna Gouvan who will process your registration.
