This week, Executive Chef Jordan Ray's specials include birds of the air, animals of the land and creatures of the sea! (He's pretty much touching all the bases there.)
The first offering is a succulent sous vide and seared duck breast with a grape and port wine gastrique that pairs so nicely with duck, you'd be daffy not to try it. Side items for this delicious creation include charred tomato gnocchi and green beans. Next, he has prepared a wonderful New York strip and scallop combination. The strip is cooked perfectly and topped with a rich demi glace before it is teamed with a pair of fresh sea scallops. The classic combination comes with a salad and a baked potato. Call 817-573-2641 or go online to make reservations!
