2019 RLP/ELP Income Limit Increases
Based on updated median income numbers from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), we have increased the income limits for the Rehabilitation and Emergency & Accessibility Loan Programs effective May 20, 2019. The following income limits are effective for Rehabilitation Loan and Emergency & Accessibility loansclosed on or after May 20, 2019:
2019 RLP/ELP Income Limits in Loan Commitment System
Although the income limits have been updated on the Minnesota Housing website, the changes are not yet reflected in the Loan Commitment System. When determining if a borrower is eligible for RLP or ELP, please ensure that you are using the current income limits (effective May 20, 2019) listed on the Minnesota Housing website.
