Belmont Triangle RFP Released
Design options presented at the Community Input Session

The Chicago Department of Planning and Development released a new RFP for the Belmont Triangle Project.

The assemblage of approximately 4 acres is in a prominent location at the intersection of Belmont Ave., Pulaski Rd. and Milwaukee Ave., and has the potential to be a truly catelytic development that spurs even more projects in the Avondale neighborhood.
Originally identified by 30th Ward Alderman Ariel Reboyras and championed by Chicago DPD, CCAC assembled a team of members to participate on a pro bono basis with DPD to design and produce robust neighborhood engagement and input sessions, and ultimately develop the RFP.
