The Oversight Committee is a community-based  body formed to oversee the Portland Housing Bureau's work to address displacement in North and Northeast Portland.
The committee meets every other month for progress updates and discussion on the  N/NE Neighborhood Housing Strategy. These meetings are open to the public. 

This month, join us to hear an update about the first Preference Policy application round and learn about next steps for applicants in the process of becoming first-time homeowners, plus news about affordable rental housing planned for the "Grant Warehouse" site, and a report on landbanking efforts under way in N/NE Portland.   
The last 30 minutes of the meeting are reserved for public comment and questions on any of this month's agenda items.
