Teaching and Learning Opportunities

Send us Your Teaching Challenges and Strategies
The Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE) has a new Faculty Learning Community (FLC) entitled “Evidence-Based Practices in Teaching and Learning”. This faculty-led group has been charged with identifying and displaying the best evidence-based teaching practices that can be used as a reference by our faculty. As a starting point, we thought it would be useful to hear from all of you. We would like you to identify for us:
  • Any teaching challenges/struggles you are currently dealing with.
  • Any teaching strategies you use to improve student engagement and learning in the classroom
Below is a list of the faculty members participating in this FLC. Please email your responses to one of these members.
We are very excited about this work. I hope you will consider providing some of your input into this project. Please submit your responses by Friday, October 20. That will give us time to organize the information before our next meeting. Thank you in advance for your input!
