HOME HEALTH HELPING MITIGATE YOUR RISK
Having Home Health clinicians that are trained and kept up-to-date on the current Centers for Disease Control regulations for safe and proper care in one’s home may be safer than going to or staying any longer than necessary in a hospital or rehab during this time.

Our home health nurses and therapists can help prevent unnecessary trips to the ER or waiting rooms by providing education in your home on disease management, wound care and restorative therapies.

All dinners are served with a small dinner salad with your choice of dressing, one side, rolls & butter. Weekly dinners are served on Tuesday and Thursday with pick up between 4 - 5 pm. Find the menus on our website by clicking here.

ROCK STEADY BOXING PRAISE

At Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) we are fighting back against Parkinson’s, forcing our brains to find new ways to achieve a working relationship with our muscles and the rest of our bodies. Read about Evelyn's RSB experience.

"Less than a year ago Evelyn would not leave the house without "her cane." She also was dealing with apathy and needed a social outlet. Then we found the Rock Steady Boxing program at Warm Hearth Village.
About eight or nine months later Evelyn never uses a cane at home or when she goes outside. RSB has improved some of her mobility, confidence and capability. The welcoming atmosphere and care of the trainers has done a remarkable thing during the classes. When Evelyn leaves RSB, she is upbeat and positive.
I want to thank you all for your acceptance/effort of Evelyn and acknowledge the value of the Rock Steady Boxing program. I do not know what the year will bring, but even if Evelyn cannot continue, it has all been worth the effort."

It has taken all hands on deck to keep residents and each other safe. It truly takes a Village."
