When you see a Ready to Care sticker or magnet on a professor's door or a staff member's desk, it means they've completed training to support students in distress. These faculty and staff are prepared to listen, offer guidance, and connect you with the right campus resources. You don't have to face challenges alone - look for the Ready to Care symbol.
