The Office of Undergraduate Research is successful because of the donors and commitment provided by our university partners. In particular we would like to thank: the Office of Undergraduate Studies, the Office of the Vice President for Research, the Dee Foundation, the Francis Family Foundation, Parent Fund, Mr. Karl Schatten, and Mr. Dennis Monson. We are also grateful to the 420 faculty and mentors who collaborate with the OUR representing the 18 colleges across the University of Utah. It is because of our campus and external partners that we are able to support campus-wide commitments to undergraduate research as a high impact practice.

We are delighted to report that U Giving Day 2023 was a success for our office! We raised $1,818, which came just under $200 shy of our original goal of $2000.
The OUR Team would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our fundraiser: all funds raised will be put directly towards continuing to support undergraduate research experiences at the U.
