Applicants must be a dependent or relative of a USHCC member or employee or a former USHCC BizFest Participant.

The Hispanic Chamber welcomes three new staff members! 
Brenda Dittrich

Brenda Dittrich is the Hispanic Chamber's new Administrative Assistant.  Brenda will maintain positive working relationships with Hispanic Chamber staff, members, key contacts in the Hispanic community, public and private sector organizations, and our stakeholders.
Wendy Serrano

Wendy Serrano, the new Business Service Coordinator will reach out to members as well as other small businesses across the Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, and Marion counties.
Through gatherings, brochures, social media and other community approaches, Wendy Serrano will reach out to members as well as other Latino small businesses across the state.
She will explain the benefits and advantages of using Cover Oregon, the choices that exist for offering health insurance options to employees, as well as help employers learn more about the business tax credits for which they may qualify.
Additionally, Wendy will invite members to provide feedback about Cover Oregon so that the marketplace can continually strengthen small business resources.  To read the press release, please click here.
Felix Velazquez

Felix Velazquez joins the Hispanic Chamber as the Asset & Scholarship Coordinator who will be responsible for conducting outreach to entering and continuing Latino college students in Oregon and SW Washington.
He will provide students with information about the Hispanic Chamber’s scholarship program, other scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and encourage them to consider an Individual Development Account (IDA). IDAs are a matching savings account available to eligible students that can be used for college expenses. 
Velazquez has worked as a mentor coordinator and a college recruiter and is experienced in providing bilingual/bicultural information to Latino students.  To read the press release, please click here.
