Manhattan Construction released a Bid Package for the Aplin Center (02-3420) last week which includes the MEPF Early Procurement scopes. Bids are due April 1st at 2:00 PM CST. A pre-bid meeting for this bid package will be held (TOMORROW) on March 26 at 4 PM CST. Two more Bid Packages are anticipated to be released this September / October. Vaughn Construction released Bid Package #3 for the Space Collaboration Facility project (02-3417) in Houston, TX. Bids are due April 3, 2025. Manhattan Construction plans to open Bid Package #1 for the Lillian Street Dorm project (04-3415) this April. This bid package is anticipated to include the following scopes: foundation and elevated structure, civil trades, site utilities, elevators, MEP systems (except fixtures and devices), and fire protection.
