THE CHAIDEMENOSES in SANTORINI
You are sure to see 2nd-generation owner, Markos Chaidemenos when visiting the Canaves Oia collection hotels on Santorini, as pe.PR did recently. The 5 Canaves properties are very much a family affair: Markos oversees operations, while his wife Melanie manages weddings and events, and his brother handles construction projects (and there are some very big, new projects on the horizon!).
The latest news among the Canaves Oia hotels and villas is the continued expansion of the Canaves Oia Epitome resort with a new 5-bedroom villa, as well as more new 2- and 3-bedroom suites, plus a new family-style seafood restaurant, Omnia, that overlooks an expansive second, new pool at the resort.

THE SIBUETS at MAISONS ET HÔTELS SIBUET
The art of living by Maisons et Hôtels Sibuet is above all a family affair!
The adventure began for Jocelyne and Jean-Louis Sibuet 30 years ago. Today, Marie and Nicolas are as passionate and committed as their parents in their vision of hospitality. Marie's husband even oversees the villa collection.
Whether in the heart of a vineyard in Provence, on the heights of a mountain or by the sea, each Sibuet property boasts a singular and refined atmosphere where the visitor feels at home.
Be their guest at:
Les Fermes de Marie (top left and center, where pe.PR is with Jocelyn Sibuet), Hotel Mont-Blanc, Le Lodge Park, and Les Chalet des Fermes in the Alps in Megève, France.
Bastide de Marie (bottom left) and Villa Grenache in Ménerbes, Provence.
Villa Marie Saint-Tropez (bottom center) in the South of France.
Villa Marie Saint-Barth (bottom right), GypSea Beach Saint-Barth, and the new GypSea Beach Houses in the Caribbean.

THE TOURBIERS at LES SOURCES DE CAUDALIE
Get to know owners Alice and Jérôme Tourbier at Les Sources de Caudalie in Bordeaux, just off a two-year refresh, which D.BER (at right) visited recently.
The 5-star hotel is located on the grounds of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, Grand Cru Classé, which is owned by Alice's parents and where you may see them among the vines. With 40 rooms and 21 Suites all unique, a 2- Michelin star restaurant La Grand’Vigne, a country-inn restaurant La Table du Lavoir and the wine bar and fine grocery Rouge, the hotel is entirely devoted to the “Art of Vine” and built as a hamlet of six independent houses, each inspired by the history and traditions of the Aquitaine region.
The hotel's Vinothérapie Spa offers unique treatments using the virtues of natural hot spring water with the most recent scientific discoveries of the benefits of the grape and the grapevine, plus products by Caudalie, the beauty brand founded by Alice's sister. The hotel offers a host of activities on site (indoor and outdoor pools, little farm and vegetable garden, cooking class, wine tasting, sport…) and in the marvelous Bordeaux region (winery visits, excursions to Bordeaux, Arcachon Bay, Saint-Emilion…).

THE FILALIS at LA FIERMONTINA OCEAN
Hang out with Yasmina Filali on a visit to the La Fiermontina Family Collection in Lecce, Paris or the new location on the beach in Morocco.
La Fiermontina Ocean (above left) is the Moroccan extension of the 2 luxury hotels already present in Lecce, Italy (where Sir.J visited Yasmina), and in Paris, France: 3 different places reflecting the different souls of the Fiermonte family.
La Fiermontina Ocean opened in June and reflects the life and personal journey of Antonia, grandmother of the owners Fouad and Yasmina Filali, and of her brother Enzo. Their life took them first from Italy to France and then to Morocco. The new hotel was born from the meeting between Antonia Fiermonte, a catholic Italian in the '50s, and the "Cadi" (Judge of the Islamic Law) Thami Filali, on the occasion of their respective childrens’ wedding. That meeting would act as a bridge between the Orient and the Occident, and would later inspire their grandchildren in this new thrilling adventure in an exceptional natural and cultural context.
