We would like to introduce you to the newest member of our Grad School team, Alaiya! Alaiya is a current UNF graduate student pursuing a master's in health administration through the Brooks College of Health. She will be working as one of our front desk assistants and help students, applicants, faculty and staff by phone and email. We are so excited to have her apart of our team!

Where to find student transcripts |
As you work with students, it’s essential to know where to find their transcripts. Here are the three primary ways:

OnBase: Most transcripts (those that are mailed and scanned) are stored here under “Student Documents.” If you encounter any login issues, please reach out to Paige.

Slate: Emailed transcripts can be found in Slate under “Application Materials.” This platform is particularly useful for accessing electronic transcripts.

Transfer Evaluation (Banner Administrative Applications): If a transcript is from another Florida institution, it will reside in Transfer Evaluation.

Our office is also happy to assist you in locating transcripts!

| Summer B- Arriving Shortly |
Mark your calendars! Summer B term starts 6/24/24 along with Add/Drop starting on the same day and ending 6/28/24.

Commencement for graduate students will be August 2nd at 4:00 PM!
- Ensure that eligible students have applied to graduate! If a student needs to graduate and has not applied, you must submit a late graduation application on their behalf.

|
The Graduate School cannot process graduate student applications that are submitted past the deadline. Students must at least submit the application by the deadline and then have 2 weeks to submit additional materials. However, this is not best practice because it increases the chance of holds and a delay in registration, not to mention GPDs needing to review applications at the last minute.
