Illuminating La Ventana al Mar with SiteLine

ANP Lighting, in partnership with agency rep Edwin Figueroa & Associates, has brought new vibrancy to San Juan's beloved La Ventana al Mar park. Nestled in the heart of Condado, this scenic public space connects residents and visitors with the Atlantic Ocean and is a popular site for local events and festivals.

Designed by Puerto Rican architect Andrés Mignucci, La Ventana al Mar opened in 2004 and has won acclaim as a vital, award-winning urban space. ANP Lighting’s custom SiteLine poles—featuring a unique tapered design and equipped with five SLP34 units—now enhance the park’s appeal. Known for its versatility and visual comfort, the SiteLine Collection provides advanced LED technology and has received notable awards like the 2022 LightFair Innovation Award.

Through this installation, ANP Lighting and Edwin Figueroa & Associates have ensured that La Ventana al Mar continues to glow as a cherished gathering place in San Juan’s trendiest neighborhood.

Employee Spotlight: Nicholas Tapia
We’re excited to spotlight Nicholas Tapia, one of our newer team members at ANP Lighting. As an Industrial Design Engineer, Nicholas is crucial in completing daily job drawings, providing new RLM/Architectural product designs, and supporting the shop floor, customer service, and quotes teams with custom projects and bill of materials.

Nicholas thrives on the dynamic nature of his position, where each day brings a new challenge. His passion for problem-solving is evident as he eagerly tackles issues that arise, continuously contributing innovative solutions.

Nicholas is well-equipped for his role, having a degree in Industrial Design and Engineering and a CSW-professional certification in SolidWorks. He is also pursuing two additional degrees—one in Manufacturing Engineering and another in Fine Arts. Before joining ANP, he worked as a Product Designer for another lighting company, gaining three years of industry experience.

Nicholas channels his creativity outside of work through hobbies like sketching, sculpting, rug making, traveling, and toy collecting. Although time for hobbies has become limited with the arrival of his newborn, he remains passionate about nurturing his creativity, which also enriches his professional life.

We’re thrilled to have Nicholas in the ANP Lighting family and look forward to his continued growth and contributions!
