On November 23rd, 2021 at 4:53 PM, the UC San Diego Police Department received a report that a person was being stalked by an individual who is unaffiliated with the University at 6th College at 3 PM.. The victim described the person as male in their mid 30's. They were approximately 5 feet 11 inches, and weighing about 200 pounds. The person has an average build and a shaved head. The report is currently under investigation by the UC San Diego Police Department. At this time, no suspect is in custody. UC San Diego does not tolerate stalking, violence, sexual assault, sexual misconduct or sexual harassment. The University encourages anyone who has been stalked or subject to other forms of sexual misconduct or harassment to report the incident to University officials.

Trust your instincts. Don’t downplay the danger. If you feel you are unsafe, you probably are. If you are unsure about what you are experiencing, seek out confidential resources.
Keep a record or log of each contact with the stalker. Be sure to also document any police reports. Save all e-mails, text messages, photos, and postings on social networking sites as evidence of the stalking behavior.
Develop a safety plan, including things like changing your routine, arranging a place to stay and having a friend or relative go places with you. Decide in advance what to do if a stalker shows up at your home, work, school or somewhere else.
