No more glitches!  Westminster Streaming
The Good News: We've moved to a brand-new streaming service! It's a fantastic upgrade with exciting new features, higher-quality video, improved sound, and more ways than ever to watch and worship with us online.
The Not-So-Good News: Like any big change, there may be a few growing pains. The transition will take several days to complete. For example:  If you’ve been watching us on a TV APP SUCH AS ROKU OR APPLE TV, you’ll need to delete your app.  We are working on a replacement, but you can watch us on your YouTube app.
The Great News: Once all is set, you'll enjoy a clearer picture, richer sound, and a more reliable viewing experience that makes being connected to Westminster easier than ever!
Thank you for being so patient as we make something good even better!

Parlor All Saints' Service at 2:30 p.m.
This afternoon service is a more focused time to remember those we have lost. Our worship gives us space to grieve as well as give thanks that they are at home with God. It is a space for sweet smiles and for tears to overflow as we draw strength from our faith and one another. We will have space to place pictures and even to share about your loved one as you feel comfortable. The service incorporates scripture, prayer, candle lighting and the Lord's Supper.
Choral Evensong for All Saints’ Day • 7:00 p.m.
Westminster Choir • Dr. Stephen Z. Cook, Organist
Dr. John Semingson, Director of Music
This wonderful annual service of music and scripture is an offering of thanksgiving to God for all the beloved saints of our lives. The Sanctuary is draped in candlelight for this one-hour worship service
of music, scripture, and prayer. Please bring family and friends and join us for this beautiful worship opportunity!

An offering will be collected for the Choir’s residency at Norwich Cathedral (UK), July
2027, where two of our choirs will be singing seven Choral Evensongs (one each day) as
well as Sunday morning Eucharist on July 18.

November 1: Week Two
Education (Understanding Digital Risks)
Question for the week: What are the risks
associated with technology, AI and social media?
Is it all bad? And why does this conversation
matter for the church?
Overall Summary
The world is not lacking in conversations, books, position papers, movies, podcasts, political persuasions, and opinions on the effects of tech, social media, and AI on the human community. What *is* lacking is more conversation about the ways our relationship with a God who took on flesh might shape our understanding of what it means for us to be human, too... particularly as it relates to tech, social media, and AI.
Know Tech November is a four-week opportunity, six months in the making, for Westminster to join in conversation and shared curiosity about how our faith informs the ways we think about and use technology and experience being human.
As followers of an incarnate God, what does that matter to this conversation? No matter your age, this one's for you.

Pastor Search: The PNC Wants to Hear From You
Sunday, November 8 • 12:15-1:15 p.m. • Goodpasture Hall

Did you miss the Congregational Gatherings that were held over the summer? If so, you are invited to join the Pastor Nominating Committee for a conversation centered
around the search for our next Pastor and Head of Staff. This meeting is an opportunity
to not only share your thoughts but to listen and learn from fellow members. Your voice
is important at this time as the Committee moves closer to the outreach phase of the process. If you did not attend a summer gathering, we encourage you to attend.
Light refreshments will be provided.

If you will be able to attend, please RSVP here.

Dear Future Pastor,

Earlier this month, Donovan led the Covenant Class on a deep dive into Westminster’s Mission Study, which details our congregation’s current vitality and future hopes. This complex study, which also includes results from our congregational survey, is crucial for the discernment and selection of our next Pastor & Head of Staff. In case you missed it, we have posted a video of the class on our new Transition website, WLTNashville.church on its “Updates” page.

We’re talking the text!  Each Tuesday, the pastoral staff discusses the sermon text for the upcoming Sunday, and we publish it each Wednesday in our eBlast and our YouTube channel on Wednesdays. We invite you to listen in and hear our conversation about God’s Word.
