This is a friendly reminder that proof of completion for both of these vaccines is due on December 2.
  •  If you have already received your vaccinations, please upload proof now.
  • If you haven't received them yet, there are free clinics on the Medford/Somerville campus tomorrow and at the Boston SMFA campus on Thursday. Sign up now and then upload your proof of completion right after you receive them.
