This bid package is includes drywall/framing, ceilings, glazing, flooring, paint, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm. Bids are due by 7/22/25 at 12:00 PM CST. *UPDATED* | Manhattan Construction is currently soliciting bids for Bid Package 1 for the Lillian Street Dorm project (04-3415) in Stephenville, TX. This bid package includes Building Concrete, Earthwork/Demo, SWPPP, Auger Cast Piles, Site Concrete, and Site Utilities. Bids are due by 8/6/2025 at 2 PM CST. Bid Package 2, anticipated for November, is expected to cover exterior facades, drywall, finishes, low voltage/security, and specialties. All dates are tentative. Vaughn Construction plans to release multiple bid packages this year for the Clinical Veterinary Teaching & Research Complex (02-3378) in College Station, TX.
