A Wine & Food Affair

It's time...we're meeting on Wednesday (tomorrow).
If you are considering participating in A Wine & Food Affair, Nov. 2-3, we'd like you to attend a planning meeting May 8th, at 9:00am OR 3:00pm at Seghesio Winery. RSVP here.
We have already begun reaching out to wineries one at a time and connecting them with our consultant, Clark Wolf,
Clark is on board to help you fine-tune your recipe ideas and/or connect you with chefs to help you pair something memorable. We want to help every winery WOW its visitors.

Member Meet & Greet

We currently have 10 lodgings and 40 wineries signed up to attend...we'd love to see more of you.
May 15th at the Kendall-Jackson Estate & Garden for our annual Wine Road Member Meet & Greet.
This is an opportunity for our lodging members to showcase their property to our winery members.
Join us from 11:00am-1:00pm. Kendall-Jackson will be providing lunch, pouring wine and offering a tour of their garden. RSVP by May 8th, beth@wineroad.com

National Travel & Tourism Week

Join us in celebration of National Travel and Tourism Week!

National Travel and Tourism Week (May 5-11, 2019) is an annual tradition for the U.S. travel community. It’s a time when travel and tourism professionals across the country unite to celebrate the value travel holds for our economy, businesses, and personal well-being.

In partnership with Sonoma County Tourism (SCT), we encourage our tourism-facing businesses to come by and pick up window clings and posters to help spread awareness of this important campaign. Please find links to examples of available collateral and downloadable posters, HERE

Volunteers Needed

The Redwood Empire Food Bank is holding its biggest food collection drive of the year in May, called Stamp Out Hunger. On May 11th, they are looking for 50 volunteers to sort collected food (soup, beans, sauce, pasta etc), from 4:00-8:00pm. I am hoping we can fill ALL 50 of the spots. Even if YOU can't make it, share the link with family, friends, neighbors - let's make this happen!  This link is for Wine Road  -  sign up for a 2-hour shift, bring your family.
