Club Leader Updates

Washington County 4-H Summer Camp is seeking youth (9th grade and up) and adults to serve as counselors for the June 12-16, 2024 camp at Upham Woods in Wisconsin Dells. The Washington County 4-H Leaders Association is generously covering the cost of room/meals for our youth & adult volunteers.

Encourage your club youth to apply in 4-H Online!! Deadline for youth to apply is January 15, 2024.

Adult Volunteers must be enrolled and approved in 4-H Online as an Overnight Chaperone, with all required volunteer trainings completed by April 11, 2024.

In addition to end-of-year reflection presentations, our Monday, January 29th Family Orientation will feature a special welcome for our Cloverbud families. Please encourage your Cloverbud families to attend, and learn more about the Washington County 4-H program! This event takes place at Washington County Fair Park (Ziegler Building), 6pm-7:30pm. Registration is done through 4-H Online, or families can call the Extension Office to register. 

Come to the Fond du Lac campus of UW-Oshkosh and learn a new skill or gain fresh ideas. It will be a fun, informative day. Parents are encouraged to spend the day with their child and help them find their sessions. Additionally, two sessions are being offered to adult volunteers who are new to 4-H. Cost is $15 for 4-H youth, and $0 for adult volunteers. Lunch can be ordered when you register, or bring your own. See List of Sessions
