Take A Free Ride!

MCDOT has commited to a long term "Ride Free Program" for seniors and people with disabilities. This applies to MCDOT and some Metro buses. Riders must show appropriate identification to the bus driver.

Safely Back to School

The first day of school for MCPS students is August 30. All students, staff, and visitors to MCPS buildings will be required to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status.

Rent Relief Program

Montgomery County’s COVID-19 Rent Relief Program is continuing to provide short-term rental assistance to eligible households impacted financially by the COVID-19 health crisis. The program does not have an application deadline. It will end when all available funds are distributed.
