Dr. Laura Dague was featured in the Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management (APPAM) annual conference in the Late-Breaking Roundtable: "A Multi-Disciplinary Assessment of the Medicaid Unwinding". Dr. Dague also presented new work, "Prescription Medication Continuity After Release From Prison" in a session on Crime and Health, chaired two sessions, and discussed two papers in other sessions at the conference, which took place from November 9-11 in Atlanta, Georgia.
- So-Min Cheong co-authored Chapter 12: Built Environment, Urban Systems, and Cities of the Fifth National Climate Assessment (NCA5) released on Nov. 14th. NCA5 is the preeminent source of authoritative information on the risks, impacts, and responses to climate change in the United States coordinated by the U.S. Global Change Research Program.

Dr. Sumin Lee participated in the Missing Peace Global Symposium on Conflict-Related Sexual Violence at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) as a member of the advisory group and an organizer/chair of the session on Transitional Justice for Conflict-Related Sexual Violence.

Dr. Benjamin Helms was cited in a publication for FWD.us, a nonpartisan think tank studying U.S. immigration policy. The report extends peer-reviewed research that Dr. Helms previously published in International Studies Quarterly.
- Two International Affairs undergraduate students, Elena Briggs and Allen Zhang were sent as representatives of the Bush School to the USAFA Academy Assembly. Both students received one of eight "Outstanding Delegate" awards, from a pool of 141 delegates. Congratulations Elena and Allen!

Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Dwight A. Roblyer, moderated the MSC Wiley Lecture Series entitled Rethinking American Intervention on Tuesday night in Rudder Theater. It was a discussion by three leading figures in foreign affairs on the topic of U.S. interventions.
