EMBRACE THE FUNK: INDOMITUS DOLIUM RELEASE

AWWWWW YEAH.

This Saturday, Dec. 13, at 11:00am, we’re releasing Indomitus Dolium Ale!

A collaboration with our friends at Rocky Mountain Barrel Company, this English Old Ale is aged in rare Cognac barrels from France. Dark Ruby in color with warming cherry and dark fruit notes. A secondary addition of classic "Old World" Brettanomyces strains will continue to evolve in the bottle.
(No Limits 12oz bottles, $5 each or 6 for $25).

The bottles will be sold IN the brewery - the line will form on the backside of the building! Look for signs, get your bottles, then come back in the taproom to enjoy some other ETF beers on tap! Remember to bring your valid ID.

At 4pm in the taproom, we’ll be releasing the following two beers:

Lignage A’ Trois Batch 1 - A 100% Brettanomyces-fermented red ale with raspberries, aged in local red wine barrels that once held Tennessee whiskey, for the perfect combination of three Tennessee lineages! (1 750ml Bottle Limit, $25)

Perception Of Reality - Sour Golden Ale aged in Pinot Noir barrels with Apricots (2 750ml Bottle Limit, $20) This is also currently on draft in the taproom!

MORE TAPROOM FUN!

On Sunday, December 21, Sailors & Maidens - a local puppet group featuring one of our very own beertenders, Mallory - will be presenting a holiday puppet show here in the taproom entitled
"A VERY MERRY HOLIDAY SPECIAL with MERYL and JOYCE."

We'll be opening our doors at 6pm for a 7pm show, and of course we'll have plenty of beer flowing. OPEN TO ALL AGES but please advise the show is rated "PG-13."'

A $10 cover for 21+ at the door will include one pint, a $5 cover for 13+. 80% of proceeds go to support the artists!
