Understanding environmental wellness is one thing—but what does it actually look like in everyday life?
A helpful starting point is recognizing the interdependent relationship we have with the environments around us. Our surroundings influence us, and in many ways, we influence them as well.

Community Nutrition Highlight

As the weather warms up, it’s easier to get dehydrated, especially if you're spending more time outside, walking around campus, or staying active. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, dizziness, and dark-colored urine, which can affect both your energy and focus.
Whether you're heading to class, the gym, or Tech Square—make water part of your routine this spring. Stay sharp, stay safe, and stay hydrated! 💧

Take Back the Night is a long-standing tradition at Georgia Tech and beyond, where survivors of sexual violence speak out by sharing personal experiences and holding a candlelight vigil to honor all victims and survivors. The event is hosted internationally throughout April, which is deemed Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and has roots all the way back to the 1970s.
GT’s own Take Back the Night event will be held this year on Monday, April 6 at 7:30pm in Ehmer Theater (Student Center) with a Resource Fair beginning at 6:30.Â
