Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.  While we are not currently offering in-person advising, students are invited to meet with us via Zoom or phone and can always send an email to immersion@vanderbilt.edu with questions.

Want to meet with potential Immersion faculty advisers?

Join the OIR and the College of Arts & Science on Tuesday, March 9 from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. for A&S Immersion Constellations. This event presents the opportunity for faculty in the humanities to connect with students interested in engaging in creative projects that foster critical thinking and the production of knowledge. 

It is time to Spring into Immersion! All students in the class of 2023 are required to submit a plan proposal for their Immersion Vanderbilt projects by April 1, 2021! 

Presenter registration is currently ongoing for the Spring 2021 Vanderbilt Undergraduate Creative Expression Showcase. This virtual event will take place on Tuesday, April 13. An online gallery will be open from 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, until Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at midnight, and select live presentations will be exhibited via Zoom starting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13. Registration for attendees will open closer to the event date.

Registration is open to all Vanderbilt undergraduate students who wish to present creative works they have completed during their time at Vanderbilt as part of a course or under the tutelage of a faculty adviser. Deadline for submissions is Monday, March 29. 

Join us for our Immersion Plan Submission Workshop on Tuesday, March 9 to learn about assessment outcomes for Immersion and for help submitting your Immersion plan by the April 1 deadline.
