Stony Brook University Celebrates the Class of 2025 at 65th Commencement Ceremony
Supporting fellow Seawolves, opening doors and chasing dreams were the themes of the day as Stony Brook University celebrated the Class of 2025 and its many achievements at the 65th Commencement Ceremony May 23 at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium.
The new Landmark Letters in front of the Stony Brook Union are designed to unite Seawolves from all walks of life, encompassing the energy and community that defines SBU. More

Movie Night – You Pick the Film On Tuesday, July 15, Stony Brook Athletics will renew a summer tradition when the Seawolves host the annual Movie Night at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium. The free event will feature a family-friendly film selected by an online fan vote. This year's film options are: Inside Out; Despicable Me 4; Moana 2; and Sonic the Hedgehog 3. Fans can cast their vote by Cast your vote. Voting will remain open until Monday, June 2, at 11:59 pm.
Camp. Dream. Speak. Live. This year, the School of Health Professions Department of Speech-Language Pathology is holding Camp. Dream. Speak. Live. at the Southampton campus from July 28 to August 1 — helping children and teens who stutter build confidence, connection and communication. We are recruiting children who stutter, ages 6 to 17, to participate in our camp. This program is designed to support and empower them in a welcoming environment!
