COE exhibited its interactive inflatable colon at the monthly Jackie Robinson Family YMCA Health Fair to educate attendees on the importance of early screening and prevention strategies for colorectal cancer.

COE has recorded the latest episode, which features interviews with Jacopo Annese, PhD of the Brain Observatory and Svasti Haricharan, PhD of SDSU, who both share their expertise with San Diego youth eager to learn more about science.

COE participated in this event, which not only promoted physical activity, but also provided an opportunity to educate the public about the importance of screenings and healthy lifestyle choices in preventing colorectal cancer.
