Cap, Gown & Stoles

ASUP has arranged a special check-out system, enabling students to borrow caps and gowns for photography sessions before the commencement ceremony. This initiative ensures that graduates have the attire they need for their celebratory photoshoots and adds a touch of convenience during this busy time. This thoughtful gesture exemplifies ASUP's commitment to supporting students.

ASUP will release information about the checkout process soon, so follow them on social media for more information!
AfterUP: Cap & Gown Pick up
Pick-up is in the Beauchamp Center. Please enter from the side door on Warren Street across from Campus Safety.
Please arrive anytime during the times listed below:
  • Thursday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Friday, May 3, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Allow approximately 15 minutes to: 
  • Complete a brief survey on your post-graduation plans and goals.
  • Pick up your cap and gown. Stoles will also be available for pick-up. 
  • Grab your free gift from UP Alumni.
If you can't attend the times above, you can pick up your cap and gown inside the Chiles Center one hour before commencement ceremonies and Mass. 
Tickets
All tickets will be emailed to students during the week of commencement. 
The Chiles Center Box Office will be open 90 minutes before the Undergraduate Commencement ceremony to assist with ticket concerns and issues.
