SB 5241, the Keep Our Care Act (KOCA) has one last big hurdle. It has to pass the House floor vote by March 1.
The Keep Our Care Act will ensure that future health entity consolidations receive better public oversight to improve, rather than harm, access to affordable, quality care within your community.
