| 2016 Call for Award Nominations Who has inspired you? Who has influenced your practice? Who has stepped up and created ways for you to learn and grow?
Each year, the OD Network recognizes individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the field of OD. Through the awards program, the OD Network:
- Recognizes foundational pillars of service to the field of OD
- Honors members of the OD Network community who have made a sustained, meaningful contribution to the profession, the OD Network and the advancement of the practice and theory of OD
- Acknowledges application of theory to practice
- Promotes visibility, credibility, and influence for the field of OD around the world
There are several award categories to recognize extraordinary achievement across differnt facets of service to the field. Nominations are now open for the following 2016 awards:
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- Organizational Excellence in OD
- Sharing the Wealth
- Service to the OD Network
- Member’s Choice Award
- Outstanding Article of the Year
Our success as a Network is contingent on our members leading advances in both practice and theory, demonstrating thought leadership and generating sustainable impact in today’s organizations, communities and beyond. This is your opportunity to recognize colleagues who have made a difference to you and the OD community. How to Nominate:
To nominate someone for an award, please complete the online nomination form below and provide any supporting materials no later than Monday, June 27, 2016. Each of the different awards has specific guidelines and criteria. Each award nomination requires its own online form submission. Nominations will not be considered for an award other than the one specified.
All nominations are reviewed by the Awards Program Committee and the slate is presented to the Board of Trustees. All awards will be presented at the 2016 OD Network Annual Conference.

Member Spotlight: Sanjay Naik

| Sanjay serves on the Board of OD Network and also serves on other not for profit Boards. His specific focus on the OD Network Board is to initiate the globalization of OD network, by enabling our global connectivity of our member's so that all can share and learn in an increasingly competitive environment.
Sanjay is a senior c-level executive responsible for driving transformational change in global divisions and corporate functions of Emirates Airline & Group. Emirates is a US $27 billion company with a 50+ brand portfolio and employs over 95,000 staff from 160+ nationalities. As vice president of performance development, Sanjay's role is akin to a chief performance officer where he has accountability for driving enterprise-wide strategies and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.
