It is so wonderful to welcome you, our graduate students, back to the start of another semester. I hope that you had an enjoyable and restful break during the holidays. On behalf of myself and the entire Graduate Affairs team, we’d like to wish you a happy and healthy New Year!
With the advent of a New Year and a new semester upon us, goal setting is likely top of mind for many. Part of your time at Seton Hall, I’m sure, has stemmed from the many goals and objectives you have set for yourself. We are so glad to be part of your journey and to be able to assist you along the way.
With this, one of our office’s goals is to further engage our graduate student base and to communicate and interact with you in more ways. This monthly newsletter is one of the new ways we are working to connect with you. So, please read it each month, learn about what’s going on and about some of the great things our graduate students are engaged with, and feel free to offer your thoughts and feedback at shugrad@shu.edu.
We are very excited this semester to also be celebrating our graduate students during National Graduate Student Appreciation Week. We will be offering special programming April 2 – 5. Look out for next month’s newsletter for a full run-down of activities.
