This issue of the D4I Monitor highlights recently released tools and blogs from Data for Impact (D4I). There are three new tools that assess capacity for conducting research and evaluation; guide actions to improve availability, quality, and use of newborn indicators in routine health information systems; and help governments build and strengthen case management information systems (CMIS) for child protection and care.
Recent blogs showcased here address the importance of data and capacity strengthening for health outcomes, the development of a case management information system for children, and lessons learned in using routine health information system data to understand contraceptive supply and demand.
