The Division is now pleased to offer three upcoming opportunities to participate in a one-hour new rules webinar developed specifically for tank owners and operators. This webinar will focus on the specific new rule requirements and responsibilities for the tank owner and operators to maintain compliance with the October 13, 2018, new rules UST system equipment testing and record-keeping requirements. The webinars will be provided at no cost to participants and are solely designed to help our regulated community maintain compliance and continue an open dialogue and communication between Division personnel and our tank owners and operators. A question and answer period will be held at the end of the webinar presentation for further clarification of the new rule requirements. The Division recently completed a series of the October 13, 2018 new rules webinars for contractors and vendors that were developed to be an in-depth discussion about UST equipment, approved testing methods, acceptable field practices, and all of the new rule requirements from a more technical perspective.
