While the mid-summer muggy days make winter feel far away, we are deep into planning and preparations for the 2021-22 season and it's time to fill out your commitment calendar requests.
Thank you to everyone who has completed their intent to return forms, if you haven't had a chance yet, please take a few moments to commit to us this season with this form (password: 2021snow).
Once your intent to return is complete, you can view the calendar for next season using the link below and copied here. This form is for all employment status types whether you're full-time or part-time.
Requests for each day throughout the season are limited this year. You will see this number listed on each day you select for your requested schedule. This number will change with availability to meet our scheduling needs. Once a day is full, it will not be an option for your schedule.
Calendars are due back to us by September 3 but the earlier you complete your schedule, the sooner we can book your guests. You will receive an email copy of your responses after hitting the green submit button, please keep this for your records.
