Last Call for Spiritual State of the Meeting Reports |
Barbara Thomas, Co-Clerk of BYM Ministry and Pastoral Care, thanks to those who have sent in their Spiritual State of the Meeting report. Ministry and Pastoral Care is reading the reports as they arrive and preparing to bring the themes together for BYM’s Annual SSoM Report to be shared widely at Annual Session. We want to include ALL Local Meetings and BYM Committees, so we are extending the deadline from April 30 to May 8. Please send your report (if you haven’t already) to Lucy at admin@bym-rsf.org

BYM Camps Seeks Cleaners & Crew Leader |
David Hunter, BYM Camps Property Manager, is seeking to hire a responsible crew of paid cleaners (ages 18+) to travel to each of our camps during the first two weeks of June to sweep out cabins, pre-clean kitchens, and do other cleaning tasks to get our 3 camp properties ready for campers! In addition to hourly pay, BYM can provide transportation between camps and a place to stay at camp. Cleaning generally takes 2-3 days per camp. This would be a wonderful short-term gig for a few young Friends recently home from college! Email DavidHunter@bym-rsf.org.
