Transition Survey for Students with Disabilities

The Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council and The Parents' Place of Maryland developed a survey to learn from families about their experiences, concerns, and possible issues with Transition planning services.

Anyone who has experienced transition planning services over the years or who has a family member who has this experience, is encouraged to complete the survey. The deadline is Friday August 17. Click here to start the survey.

Our Next Chapter Book Club in Rockville is looking for young adults with developmental disabilities to join them on a reading adventure! The group meets at 3:30 pm on Sunday afternoons in North Bethesda. They read aloud and discuss books ranging from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone to The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.
