We’ll keep today’s pre-finals edition brief, since you’re not exactly looking for extra reading at the mo.

We truly hope that you’ve found this quarter’s semi-weekly updates and occasional try-hard wordplay to be both informative and fun in equal measure – we’ve certainly had a ‘craic’ putting it together.

All quiet on the campus front.

With finals week now officially upon us, don’t be surprised when you hear some (scheduled) screaming throughout the Res Halls tonight at midnight – it’s a storied pre-quiet-hours campus tradition.

The wail. If you live off-campus, however, please consider your neighbors before you start shouting into the pre-dawn void.

The way of water sports.

Sticking around post-finals? We’ve put together more than a week’s-worth of fun and unique opportunities for all Tritons to connect, grow, learn, and engage during the March 24 – April 2 break.

This Spring, here, all at once. Whether you want to learn how to surf, attend a free(!) San Diego Padres game, sing along to Disney movies at the Amphitheater, or lend a hand in the local community – UC San Diego’s Spring Break 2023 is the perfect time to get involved, recharge, show some spirit, and be in community.

If your finals schedule allows, consider taking a study break next week to help generate some new ideas and inform future endeavors to expand paid research for undergrads at UC San Diego.

Student Health After Dark.
If you’ve got medical questions while Student Health is closed, don’t wait for emergency care. All students – regardless of insurance – can (and should!) utilize the After-Hours Line at 858-534-3300 to speak with a registered nurse for advice on obtaining appropriate care outside of operating hours.
