Congratulations and thank you to the 52 employees who have completed a decade of service to the University, as well as 59 employees who have reached their 5 year work anniversary by the end of 2023. A ceremony was held to recognize their contributions to the success of NYU Shanghai. 

• At the Spring 2024 Faculty Orientation held from January 16 - 17, NYU Shanghai proudly welcomed 14 dynamic new faculty members, each bringing their experience and expertise to 10 diverse disciplines. 

• 24 American students from NYU Shanghai were among a group of 204 students participating in 2024 Zhi-Xing China: Shanghai Discovery, organized by the China Education Association for International Exchange. Hosted at Fudan University, the four-day China-US youth dialogue gave students an opportunity to exchange ideas and learn about China by visiting local organizations, institutions, and landmarks. Vice Chancellor Jeffrey Lehman delivered a speech at the closing ceremony.
