December 8 - 12: Extension office is closed at both old and new locations; staff will have limited availability by email and phone. During this week, items will be moved from the PAC to Moraine Park, and offices will be set up.

December 15: Extension office is open regular business hours at new Moraine Park Technical College location. Phone numbers and email addresses stay the same. We recommend you make an appointment when planning to stop in at the Extension office.
- January 22, 2026: Open House at new Moraine Park Technical College office from 2-4pm.

Reserving meeting space at MPTC |
General classrooms are available for rental and can accommodate groups up to 56 people. Seating options such as classroom style, square style and pods are available and all rooms are equipped with a computer and projector.
Washington County 4-H falls under the category of 'in-district and not-for-profit"; therefore, our 4-H groups are able to rent classrooms without charge. Rent a space at MPTC

Clubs and chartered groups should use their Federal Tax ID # on the reservation form. Your number can be found on page 1 of your Annual Financial Review.
- 4-H groups that are not chartered can use the Leaders Association Federal Tax ID #.
- Note that if you charge an admission or participation fee, MPTC will bill you at the regular rate.
