As the year wraps up, RTSWS students participated in inspiring office visits with corporate sponsors, supporters and hosts such as AIMCO, Goldman Sachs Ayco, Ninety One, Broadridge, Janus Henderson, Financial Women of San Francisco and Women’s Bond Club. These experiences across the US, UK, and Canada helped connect classroom learning to real-world careers.

From panel discussions and financial workshops to case studies, students gained invaluable insights into navigating the finance industry. With their support, RTSWS students are pursuing degrees in finance, economics, and STEM at five times the national average for women—a testament to the impact of these opportunities.
