RECIPE for Rural STEM Day is proudly sponsored by the Region 3, 6, and 8 LaSTEM Centers and hosted by LSUA. Last year, we welcomed more than 1,200 students, and this year promises to be even bigger!
Designed for 5th and 6th graders, the event features electrifying hands-on activities that will spark curiosity and ignite a passion for learning!

Transform your home into a winter wonderland with this fun STEM activity— making snow with just two ingredients! Kids will learn about chemistry while creating a fluffy, moldable snow-like substance that’s perfect for sensory play. It’s an exciting way to bring the magic of winter indoors and keep your little ones engaged.
