PLEASE COMPLETE: Infection Control Learning Needs Assessment

Please forward widely to all healthcare personnel in your facility.

Please help by taking a few minutes to complete this survey before January 20! It is very important!

SPICE is collaborating with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the NC Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) on the development of infection control training for frontline healthcare personnel. We need input from NC healthcare personnel so that we can tailor our training programs to meet your educational needs. If you do not provide healthcare in North Carolina, please do not complete the assessment.

To complete the Learning Needs Assessment—it will take about 5–10 minutes—click on this link:

This assessment is meant to capture your experiences with infection control training, your confidence in being able to effectively implement infection control activities, and your preferences for additional training. Responses will be used to inform decisions on the development and delivery of future training to ensure it best meets the needs of you and your colleagues.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary, your responses will be anonymous, and there will not be any negative effects if you decide you do not want to participate. THANK YOU FOR COMPLETING THE ASSESSMENT NO LATER THAN JANUARY 20, 2021!
