Health Center Visit and Requirements
All new students are required to show proof of Measles vaccines prior to beginning classes. Students may not attend classes until they have submitted this information. Please bring copies of your health records and vaccinations with you to UP. You may also upload your immunization records to the UP Patient Portal using your UP username and password to login. If you have not previously received a required vaccine, or do not have record of your vaccinations, you will be able to schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine(s) at the Health and Counseling Center. During International Student Orientation we will visit the Health and Counseling Center as a group. You can either wait until we visit their office during orientation, or you can email them at hcc@up.edu to ask about the vaccine and schedule an appointment if needed.
