Do to unfavorable snowmaking temperatures, our anticipated Jackson Gore base opening for this Friday will be postponed for at least another week. We will continue to offer all lesson products out of the Clock Tower base until Friday, 12/16. If you were scheduled to teach at Jackson Gore during these dates, your lesson will now be happening at Clock Tower.

All ski school guests are being informed today of this operational update. Shuttles will be provided for guests to/from Jackson Gore to the Clock Tower base area. 

Your manager will reach out with more specifics about your schedule.

For this season, we have created a time card link that will autofill your name, employee number, and email. Simply, use this link on your mobile device or computer, which will take you through your Epic Employee Profile to autofill these details. After completing paid training, please submit a separate timesheet for the paid training.

Please do not bookmark the smartsheet page on your device, as this will cause your timesheet to auto populate the date you bookmarked it rather than the current date. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to to access your timecard through the Okemo Ski and Ride School App shown below.

This season we are extending our dependent childcare discount to ski school. You can now sign up your 5 and 6 years old dependents for $40 a day. Please be advised this may not be available during peak holiday times.
